Simple plans for configuration security

ConfigTrace continuously snapshots configuration, security posture, and identity/access risk across cloud, SaaS, identity, and developer infrastructure — 23 providers including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, GitHub, and Stripe. Every change is captured on a risk-classified timeline, and risky changes surface through alerts, a Needs Review queue, and admin-gated remediation. ConfigTrace reads configuration metadata only — never secret values, source code, payment details, or database contents.

Frequently asked

What counts as a "billable workspace member"?

On the Team plan, a billable workspace member is any user (Owner, Admin, or Member role) added to your workspace. The first 20 are included in the base $30/month price; each additional member is billed at $5 USD/month.

What does ConfigTrace actually monitor?

ConfigTrace reads configuration and security-relevant metadata — IAM policies, security group rules, DNS records, webhook endpoints, branch protection rules, OAuth grants, directory roles, and similar settings — from the providers you connect. It never ingests secret values, source code contents, payment details, or customer/database records. See the Data Access & Permissions guide for a full breakdown by provider.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time from Settings → Workspace → Billing once billing is enabled. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Who processes payment for paid plans?

Once billing is enabled, paid subscriptions will be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our payment provider and merchant of record. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.
